What is Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life?

Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life helps individuals, families, and business owners make more informed financial decisions around protection, growth, retirement, homeownership, and legacy.

We help you look at how the pieces of your financial life fit together—so you can identify gaps, understand your options, and make decisions with greater clarity and intention.

Our philosophy is simple:

Protect what you’ve built. Grow what you keep. Pass wealth forward with intention.

Is Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life just an insurance company?

No.

Insurance can be an important part of a family's financial strategy, but Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life looks at the bigger picture.

Depending on your situation, a conversation may involve protection planning, retirement considerations, homeownership, living benefits, cash-flow strategies, business continuity, legacy planning, or other financial tools.

The starting point is your situation—not a product.

Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life is operated by a licensed life insurance producer. Legal advice comes from attorneys, tax advice from tax professionals, and investment advice from investment advisers.

What happens during the 15-minute Legacy Mapping Call?

The 15-minute conversation is an opportunity to tell us what's happening in your financial life, what you're trying to accomplish, and where you may have questions or concerns.

We'll explore things such as:

  • What are you trying to protect?
  • What are you building?
  • What are you preparing for?
  • What concerns you about the future?
  • What financial decisions are currently competing for your attention?
  • Where do you feel you need more clarity?

The goal isn't to solve everything in 15 minutes.

It's to determine what deserves a closer look and identify the most useful next step.

Do I need to know exactly what I need before I contact you?

Not at all.

You don't need to know whether you need life insurance, an annuity, an IUL, mortgage protection, retirement planning, or something else before starting the conversation.

That's part of the reason we're here.

You bring the questions, goals, and circumstances.

We'll help you organize the conversation.

What if I already have insurance or retirement accounts?

That's completely okay.

In fact, existing coverage and accounts can be an important part of the conversation.

Rather than assuming you need something new, we can look at what you already have, what it's intended to accomplish, and whether it still fits your current goals and circumstances.

Sometimes the best next step is adding something.

Sometimes it's adjusting an existing strategy.

Sometimes it's simply understanding what you already have.

Do I have to buy anything?

No.

The Legacy Mapping Call is designed to give you clarity before you make a decision.

If there is a strategy or solution worth exploring, we'll explain the options and why they may be relevant to your situation.

You decide what you want to do next.

What happens after the 15-minute Legacy Mapping Call?

If your situation would benefit from a deeper conversation, we'll identify the information needed to evaluate it more carefully.

Depending on your needs, the next conversation may include options related to protection, living benefits, retirement, accumulation, homeownership, business planning, or legacy.

You'll have an opportunity to ask questions, review the information, and decide whether anything makes sense for you.

What if I don't need a financial product right now?

That's okay.

Not every conversation needs to result in a policy, account, or transaction.

Sometimes the value is simply helping you identify a gap, understand an existing strategy, organize your priorities, or determine what needs attention next.

Every financial journey has a starting point.

Who does Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life serve?

Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life works with individuals, families, and business owners who want to be more intentional about protecting what they've built and preparing for what comes next.

That may include people navigating:

  • Starting or growing a family
  • Buying or protecting a home
  • Changing careers or income
  • Preparing for retirement
  • Caring for family members
  • Protecting a business
  • Preparing for unexpected life events
  • Building generational wealth
  • Creating a more intentional legacy

Can Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life help if my financial situation feels complicated?

Yes.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you start.

Financial decisions often become complicated because several priorities are happening at the same time.

Our role is to help break the conversation into understandable pieces so you can see what matters now, what can wait, and what deserves further attention.

What does "legacy" mean to Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life?

Legacy isn't only about leaving money behind.

It's about what you've built, what you've protected, what you've taught, what you've prepared, and what you intentionally pass forward.

Legacy is structure. Legacy is preparation. Legacy is love organized.

Can Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life help with retirement?

We can help you explore the financial decisions surrounding retirement, including protection, income considerations, accumulation strategies, and how existing financial resources may fit into your broader goals.

The appropriate strategy depends on your individual circumstances, objectives, risk considerations, and available options.

Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life does not provide investment advice; investment advice is provided by licensed investment advisers.

Can Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life help business owners?

Yes.

Business owners have personal and business financial decisions that often overlap.

Depending on the situation, conversations may include business protection, continuity, succession considerations, employee or owner protection, and strategies designed to help protect what the business has taken years to build.

What are living benefits?

Living benefits can allow a qualifying policyholder to access a portion of a life insurance benefit during certain qualifying circumstances, such as a critical, chronic, or terminal illness, depending on the policy and carrier.

They can be an important part of a broader protection conversation because financial protection isn't only about what happens after death.

It's also about what happens if life changes while you're still here.

What is IUL?

Indexed Universal Life, or IUL, is a form of permanent life insurance that combines a death benefit with a cash-value component.

Depending on the policy, carrier, funding strategy, and applicable terms, cash value may have the potential to grow based partly on the performance of an external market index, subject to policy provisions such as caps, participation rates, floors, charges, and other factors.

IUL is not appropriate for everyone.

The important question is not simply, "Should I get an IUL?"

It's whether a particular strategy fits your goals, circumstances, and financial priorities.

Does Legacy Builders F.O.E. Life only work with people who already have significant wealth?

No.

Legacy building starts with what you have—not with a particular dollar amount.

For one family, legacy may mean protecting a paycheck and keeping a home secure.

For another, it may mean preparing for retirement.

For someone else, it may mean protecting a business or creating a financial foundation for the next generation.

The starting point is different for everyone.

What if I'm not sure where to start?

That's exactly where a clarity conversation can help.
